Our mission simply stated is to create products you can trust, where you know the growers and believe in the processes. Using sustainable growing methods that allows us to minimize our impact on the environment and conserve as much as possible. Provide only the freshest products to ensure unparalleled quality. That's it. It's that simple!
We are a chef inspired suburban farm located on 8 acres in South Walton Co Florida, just across the bridge from the infamous 30A and the beautiful beaches of the emerald coast. We bring hyperlocal food to the great restaurants and retail grocery outlets of 30A and the surrounding areas. We have over 5000 sq ft of greenhouse space that allows us to produce in excess of 2000 heads of leafy greens and micro greens per week!
Our values are founded on creating sustainability and improving processes that will minimize our impacts on the environment and result in a better quality product. We do this thru the use of various hydroponic growing technology and a focus on zero waste. This process allows us to use far less resources than traditional row crop farming. During our growing process, the H2O is lightly kissed with nutrients and supplied to our seedlings to create the most delicious lettuce and herbs you've ever tasted. We focus primarily on high quality artisan style lettuces and herb varieties, including butter, oakleaf, romaines, basil and mints always using non-GMO and organic seeds when available.
Because our greens are grown in a controlled environment, we are able to avoid the use of pesticides. Additionally our focus on a zero waste process means we strive to use and reuse 100% of any byproduct that comes from our growing practices, ensuring only the safest, tastiest, highest quality farm to table products.
