Nick will be responsible for sales growth within the markets we serve as well as helping the farm create unique offerings for our clients. We are extremely excited to have Chef Nick as a part of the team. He will be a tremendous asset to our growth strategy! - Eddie Driggers, VP Sales & Operations.

Back on June 24, 2017 Coastal Blue Farms completed a NSF Good Agricultural Practices audit and we are pleased to say we passed with glowing marks. According to USDA.Gov; "Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and Good Handling Practices (GHP) are voluntary audits that verify that fruits and vegetables are produced, packed, handled, and stored as safely as possible to minimize risks of microbial food safety hazards. GAP & GHP audits verify adherence to the recommendations made in the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s Guide to Minimize Microbial Food Safety Hazards for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables and industry recognized food safety practices." Although a bit strenuous, this effort validates Coastal Blue Farms commitment to executing best practices that will yield the highest quality and safest possible products. This annual audit will ensure we are in step with changes in industry standards and continuously improving our processes. Always ensure your foods are coming from GAP approved farms!
Coastal Blue Farms is proud to announce that we've been awarded a service contract to manage maintenance and growing of all microgreens for The Bay. "The Bay recently invested in a microgreen growing cabinet and we are pleased to have the opportunity to partner with them as one of the premier and growing restaurants in the 30A area. Applying CBF's expertise in growing will allow The Bay to continue to focus on creating inspiring and tasty dishes while we are able to meet their needs of true farm to table products. CBF is dedicated to making this a showpiece of The Bay's operation while working to take cost out of their supply chain" - Eddie Driggers, VP Sales of Coastal Blue Farms
